Custom Website Integration
We can modify the page to incorporate your website header and/or footer, so that visitors can seamlessly transition from your site to your Intefy page. Because each site is unique and we need to see what is involved first, we price this per project.
Additional Third-Party Tools Integrated
If you need something we don’t have, tell us what you’re thinking and we will give you a project price to add that custom feature. Custom feature additions will be added to the Intefy product itself and not just your pages.
Micro-Site
We can create an entire micro-site using our product to house your speaker information, conference schedule, do additional pages of video (for different simultaneous sessions), etc. Let us know what you need and we will price this per project.
Hosting
One month of free hosting is included in the Intefy platform price, in case your page is for a one-time use only. Hosting is $14.95 per month if paid monthly, or you can save and pay $9.95 per month if you pay annually. The cost for 11 months of hosting would be $109.45 and we will add that amount to your invoice for the product if you elect to pay annually. Otherwise, we will need to set up a recurring payment.
On-Site Video Recording
Basic video recording starts at $95 per hour, but in the case of special equipment requirements (mic, audio equipment, high-end video production, etc.) the cost might be more, or we might need to rent equipment for your event. We’ll discuss that with you when you tell us what you need, but the hourly rate of $95 should address the majority of our clients needs. Travel expenses must also be paid if you are not in Kansas City.
Remote Event Management
We normally manage events from our office remotely, in downtown Kansas City. However, if you would like us to come on-site and help manage the virtual audience from there, we’d be happy to. Travel expenses must be paid if you are not in Kansas City, and we do need a place to set up and test outside the venue room… contact us if you would like us to manage the virtual aspect of the event on-site and help you truly extend the experience beyond your physical space.
Invoicing
We will send an invoice that can be paid via check or PayPal. Paying with PayPal may result in a small additional fee, but ensures that your page design is online quickly. We typically only need 2-4 days to get a single page designed and ready for use. We require payment in full before designing your page and setting up the account. Monthly hosting requires a recurring payment setup and hosting is billed in the last week of each month.
Revenue-Sharing for Paid Events
If you want to use Intefy for paid, live events, we handle everything for you, start to finish, so you don’t have to worry about any technical details. We use StreamAPI for livestreaming, EventBrite registration for payment (we will collect funds and provide a report and check to you of your portion.) Our fee is 35% of your total revenue of online tickets sold.
Affiliate Program
Intefy will offer an affiliate program, with banners and text ads for placement on your site. The program is not fully set up yet, but you can get started now. If you are interested in selling our product as an affiliate please contact us!
